Orders:

Can I cancel my order?


We understand that plans can change! You can cancel or amend your order free of charge up until the point of dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified under any circumstances. All sales are final.

What payment methods can I use?


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, Shop Pay, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Clearpay.

Ordering in-stock items and pre-order items?


If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order TCG items, we’ll securely hold your available items until the pre-orders are ready for dispatch. For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders. Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded — including pre-orders.

Shipping:

What countries do you ship to?


We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. For enquiries about international shipping, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?


Your order is processed within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched via our standard service, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days. (In United Kingdom)

For International for United Arab Emirates, delivery typically takes 2-11 days.

How will my order be packaged?


Your TCG items are carefully packaged in secure, high-quality packaging with protective materials to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

What couriers do you use?


We use Royal Mail and DPD for all domestic UK shipments. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

What condition will my order arrive in?


All our TCG items arrive in brand new, factory-sealed condition. If you notice any visible damage to your parcel upon delivery, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

Returns & Refunds:

Do you accept returns?


All sales are final. Due to the collectible and sealed nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. This policy ensures authenticity and fairness for all customers.

My order hasn't arrived?


To check your order status, please log in to your Pixel Hub account and navigate to the 'Orders' section. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pixel-hub.co.uk with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review and work to resolve the issue promptly.

A sealed item is missing something?


All TCG items are factory sealed directly from the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee pull rates or internal contents, as these are randomised by the manufacturer. For quality concerns, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
